The law firm has successfully upheld the rights of a father whose ex-wife tried to deprive him of parental rights to their child unreasonably. The court decision, which was upheld by the appellate and cassation instances, dismissed the claim for deprivation of parental rights and recovery of legal fees incurred by the Client.

Much work was done, and the court hearings were tense and emotional, but the result was worth it – the Client is satisfied.
