AVERUM LEGAL has become a law adviser of Football Federation of Kyiv city in terms of corporate management structure optimization and financing. In the context of consulting, full law audit of organization was performed and corporate conflict risk minimization, reduction of tax burden recommendations were given and also bringing the activities of the Federation to the current legislation, international practice concerning the activitirs of non-governmental sport orgamizations. Furthermore, experts developed the recommendations on improvement of in-house rules of proceedings. The workgroup in the project was led by AVERUM LEGAL partner Nataliya Yakimlyuk.
